At Beaulours, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully prepare every order to ensure quality. If there is an issue with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
By placing an order on beaulours.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Exchange Eligibility
We currently offer size exchanges and returns only in eligible cases.
You may request an exchange if:
- You received the wrong size
- You received the wrong product
- You received a damaged or defective item
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Have original packaging and tags (if applicable)
- Be reported within 3 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect size selected by the customer (please review our size guide before ordering)
- Worn, washed, damaged, or altered products
- Products without original packaging
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or suitable resolution.
4. Refund Policy
As we currently operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are only issued in approved cases, including:
- Product unavailable after order confirmation
- Verified damaged or incorrect product where replacement is not possible
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.
Once approved:
- Customers may be asked to return the product in original condition
- Replacement dispatch timelines may vary based on product availability
6. Delivery Refusal & Failed Deliveries
Orders refused at delivery or unclaimed orders may affect future Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases.
Repeated fake or non-serious orders may result in order restrictions.
7. Shipping Charges for Exchanges
Shipping charges for exchanges may apply depending on the reason for the exchange.
If the issue is caused by Beaulours (wrong item, defect, damage), we will handle the exchange accordingly.
